Return Policy

We do our best to make sure each item is shipped exactly as it is ordered. Our return policy is as follows: If there is a problem please notify us via email or phone within 48 hrs of receipt of your order, before returning it. If you are returning goods, please contact us to obtain a ‘returns number’. No goods will be accepted without a ‘returns number’ and you are responsible for shipping costs of all returns. We will address the problem on an individual case by case process. All manufacture defects will be handled via the manufactures defect/return policies. Where possible, please keep the product in the original packaging. We have tried to provide you with high quality images and descriptions of our products.  Please note that colour may vary between computers. "We will not be held responsible for any manufacture or misuse issues". If it is our error we pay the postage. If it is your error you pay the postage. We reserve the right to determine the condition of the products when returned.  Returns will not be accepted for any reason after 21 days from dispatch.

We endeavor to depict as accurately as possible all goods for sale. Some manufacturers have size variations beyond our control. Due to the scanning and printing process, colour variations can occur. We regret this is beyond our control.
